Producers are the heart and soul of MIPTV, which this year will be held over four days from Sunday 1 April to Wednesday 4 April. Judging from last year’s event, the turnout will be impressive: in 2011 MIPTV was attended by 11 500 participants, 4 000 buyers and 1 550 exhibitors from 100 countries.
